we call the "Creative Brief".
2 Your project then progresses to our senior-level Creative Director
who draws on the most wide-ranging experience in graphic design
for marketing, and sets the course for the design.
3 Unless your logo is a "text-only" logo, it is then handled by a
specialized Illustrator.
4 One of our Designers—and we only hire outstanding talent—
polishes the work of the others.
5 One of our Project Managers keeps an eye on your design
throughout the entire process, and ensures your vision is carried out.

If, for any reason, you do not like the first logo concepts we present to you (before any revisions have begun), notify us within 3 business days—after receiving your first logo concepts—that you wish to cancel the project. We will then refund your money (if you've paid up front) less a $99 administrative fee. If you've chosen to use our $99 "low-risk" startup option, then we will will not charge you the remaining balance on the package you have chosen.
