Usually, our payment policy is 50% of the package fee up front and the remaining 50% upon completion. However, if you are unfamiliar with the creative process, or just haven't worked with us before, you may choose to utilize the $99 "low-risk" option. We are so confident you'll love your logo, that we are willing to take the "risk" of creating your initial concepts for only $99. You decide the number of logo options you would like to see—depending on the package you choose. For example, our Ambassador Complete package features 15 logo concepts. If you choose to move forward with the project, at that time, we will charge you the remainder of the project fee, and you will be immediately entitled to as many rounds of revisions as your package states, so that your final logo version will not only address your target market as we've interpreted it, but you will have the opportunity to refine it further according to your vision. |
